Wednesday at Battery Park

3.30pm – 4.10pm: 3-4 year olds
4.15pm – 5.10pm: 5-6 year olds
4.15pm – 5.10pm: Girls only
5.15pm – 6.15pm: 7-9 year olds

Thursday at Lady Octavia Sports Centre

3.20pm – 4.00pm: 3-4 year olds
4.00pm – 4.55pm: 5-6 year olds
4.00pm – 4.55pm: 7-9 year olds

Saturday at Battery Park

09.00am – 09.40am: 3-4 year olds
09.50am – 10.50am: 5-6 year olds
11.00am – 12.00pm: 7-9 year olds
11.00am – 11.40am: 3-4 year olds

School holiday camps

The school holiday camps that we help run at Lady Octavia for 5-14 year olds are done in partnership with Domino’s Greenock and The Anchor, these camps have been very successful and keep the children active during the holidays we also provide them with food after each session as we realise the importance of structure and routine as well as providing food for each individual.

We are proud to run a wide range of inclusive programs that make a genuine, lasting impact in the Inverclyde area, we aim to use the power of football to connect as many people as possible in the area.

Children’s Football Classes 2–10 Year Olds

Our Children’s Football Classes offer a fantastic start for young players aged 2 to 10, welcoming all abilities to join in the fun! We deliver structured and engaging sessions packed with activities that not only develop core football skills but also significantly boost confidence, discipline, teamwork, and overall physical wellbeing.

For many youngsters, these classes become a highlight of their week – providing a crucial positive outlet and a wonderful sense of belonging they might not find elsewhere. We’re thrilled to have a vibrant community of local children enjoying our weekly sessions right here in our local area!

Over-50s Walking Football Group

Our Over-50s Walking Football group provides a supportive and enjoyable environment for older adults to stay active, socialise, and maintain their health. This initiative is perfect for anyone looking to improve their physical fitness and mental well-being, especially those who might appreciate new avenues for connection.

It’s a fantastic way to build routine and camaraderie – truly more than just a game. Our group is a testament to the fun and supportive community we’ve built together.

Every Thursday, 11.30am – 12.30pm at Lady Octavia 

New Scots Integration Program

Craig Molloy Coaching C.I.C is especially proud of our dedicated New Scots Integration Programme. This initiative provides a vital pathway for asylum seekers, refugees, and migrants to connect with their new community through the positive power of football.

By offering regular training, matches, and social activities, we create an actively welcoming environment. Here, New Scots can build friendships, improve their English, develop new skills, and cultivate a strong sense of belonging in Scotland. We are delighted to have a group of players regularly participating and enriching this vibrant group.

Every Thursday, 1.30pm – 3.00pm at Lady Octavia

Girls Only Classes 5–8 year Olds

Our Girls Only football programme for 5 to 8-year-olds offers a unique and supportive space for young girls to begin their football journey. Exclusively led by our dedicated female coaches, these classes focus on building foundational skills, understanding teamwork, and fostering a love for the game in a comfortable setting.

We’re delighted to see the group growing in enthusiasm and ability each week. It’s an ideal environment for girls new to football to develop at their own pace. With a number of girls currently enjoying the programme, there’s a wonderful team spirit developing.

Every Wednesday, 4.15pm – 5.10pm at the Battery Park

ASN Football

We believe every young person deserves the opportunity to enjoy sport in a supportive, inclusive environment, Our tailored football sessions help build confidence, improve physical fitness, foster friendships, and teach valuable life skills all while providing a fun and safe space to participate.

Every Saturday, 10am at Battery Park

Recovery Football

We host a local league called Recovery on the pitch, this is done in collaboration with Inverclyde Alcohol and Drug Partnership, we work alongside local organisations, Your Voice, IFIT, Street Connect, Jericho House. Street Soccer and The Haven, this enables services users in the area to come together every month and play in a local tournament at Lady Octavia.

1st Friday of the month, 2pm – 4pm at Lady Octavia
